Perform the following exercises regularly for more gains. The first disc exercise that you can perform is referred to as the plank. To perform the plank you have to get down on all fours. Once you are in this position, lower the forearms to the ground and hold that position for about ten seconds.

 

The reverse plank is also very effective in toning the muscles of the back. This exercise is similar to the plank exercise only that you are supposed to be facing up and supporting yourself with your elbows as well as your heels. Flex your hips and keep the glutes contracted. Try to hold this position for about fifteen seconds and then take a break.
